Refund policy

At SOFT BEAUTY LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you received your item.

• Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 working days.

• Exceptions: Final sale items, gift cards, and perishable or intimate goods are not eligible for return.
